Renovations in Progress May 2007
Pictures of the Second and Third Floor

Looking out towards the front lawn of Main Building.

Believed to be the same window as the picture above, this picture
showcases the vertical window built into the design of the building.
This same design is also featured on Joiner Hall. This view overlooks
the sidewalk leading up to the main entrance of Hoey Hall. By the
way, this sidewalk did not exist during our high school years.

The next five pictures were taken from the third floor.

Future third floor classroom. Overlooking Hoffmeyer Hall you can
see the new roof recently installed. Yes, this picture was originally
posted on the Sneak Preview page and was copied here to
compare with the picture below.

This picture is of the same room as above but snapped at the
other side of the ladder.

Believe it or not! This used to be the teachers' parking area. It's now
being transformed to....a courtyard maybe? More pictures at ground
level will be available at a future posting. Hoffmeyer Hall is just
beyond the storage trailer on the upper right corner.

Looking to the left of the open window; you see
the handicap ramp for Hoey Hall, Crutchfield Hall,
the west wing of Main Building, the Service Building,
and of course the Old Gym.

The love birds' nesting area.

An Elevator in Hoey Hall?! Anyone want to tell us where it's located?
Please tell us, there were no elevators in our days.

Close up of the above. A trained eye will say that this elevator
was installed years ago: the faceplates has been removed
and the "In Case of Fire" sign is normally installed after the
walls are put up.
