                                           John Smith

John Smith
Portland, Maine

Greetings, Classmates and Friends~
I hold many good and fond memories at NCSD.
Of course, I wish Lewis is still with us...he is in
spirit.

I continue to read books and whatever else..

My favorite TV show is Comedy Central.
The last good movie I saw was - Tom Hanks in
The Terminal.

My favorite quote:
They that can give up essential liberty to obtain
a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty
nor safety. -Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)

Currently in my 12th year teaching ASL as a
world language elective in a public school
system.

I enjoy my free time visiting family and
friends.

This is one hellva a fish story...
                     ask John about it!!

This is my son, Benjamin, 20.

This is my second son Philip, 14.

                         This is me in 1963.

John arrives and quickly becomes a ghost editor.

After a quick break, it's off to work they go.

John is awed at the photograph enhancements that MP is doing on old pictures for an upcoming page
for the website.

Although John's stay in Raleigh was brief, he regrets not being able to join us for the
Lake Wheeler Picnic due to his tight schedule.

A surprise visit to the Editors meeting and the meeting got out of control. Definitely MamaPat is
the Editor Emeritus (August, 2005).
